As many of you will know, Australia is close to our hearts and the devastating fires the country has witnessed over the last few months have left us shocked and saddened.
So, on 26th March, we are hosting a very special charity dinner here at the beach, with all profits going to communities affected by the fires and organisations helping to support people and wildlife as they try to recover.
Mick and the team have put together a delicious tasting menu, which has been expertly matched with wines (Australian of course!) by Nigel at Experience Wine.
